At Forever New, we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. However, there may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Return Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
The benefits given by our Return Policy are in addition to any other rights and remedies you have as a consumer.
RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will provide a refund if:
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- The item is in perfect original saleable condition with all original tags and sewn labels still attached
- The item is unworn and unused.
Exceptions to our change of mind policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following items if you change your mind:
• Bodysuits
• Cosmetics and Fragrances
• Hair Accessories and Headwear
• Hosiery
• Pierced Jewellery
• Swimwear
• Underwear Accessories; Underwear; and Undergarments
Forever New or Ever New items purchased outside the UK or from other retailers cannot be returned to Forever New UK online. Similarly, items purchased from Forever New in the UK cannot be returned overseas.
Sale items can be returned for refund, providing the items comply with our Return Policy.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Forever New reserves the right to refuse a refund on change of mind items.
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:
1. There will be a prepaid return shipping label packed in your satchel with your original purchase.
2. Attach this return label to the parcel containing the items you wish to return.
3. Ensure there are no previous shipping labels visible on your parcel to avoid confusion.
4. Take your return parcel with return shipping label attached to your local post office to complete
shipping
Original order postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will any return postage costs incurred.
If you are returning an item due to damage, fault or receiving an incorrect item, please ensure you select the correct return reason when raising your return. If you have questions regarding a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our Customer Service team via the following link and one of our team will be able to assist you.
Before you post an item, please ensure all conditions of this returns policy have been met. We also recommend you return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services or courier as all parcels remain your responsibility until received by Forever New.
All refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refunds to be credited to your bank account once your item has been received and passed inspection, as the time may vary depending on your financial institution.
At this stage, we are not able to process an exchange of product or size. If you wish to order a different size or product, simply process a return for refund and then re-purchase the correct item in a new order.
If you have bought Forever New items from another website or a Forever New concession store and wish to return or exchange them, please refer to the returns and exchange policy of that website or store.
